Launcher/Sword Strike Gundam MG Review Part 1

Launcher Strike (AQM/E-X03) and Sword Strike (AQM/E-X02) is another optional weapon equipments for Strike Gundam (GAT X-105) beside Aile Strike (AQM/E-X01) equipment. This Launcher/Sword Strike Gundam appeared on Mobile Suit Gundam SEED anime series, piloted by Kira Yamato at first but later it's piloted by Mu La Flaga. The Sword Strike equipment consist of: "Schwert Gewehr" 15.78m Anti-ship Sword, "Panzer Eisen" Rocket Anchor on its left forearm and Shoulder Armor with "Midas Messer" Beam Boomerang. While the Launcher Strike equipment consist of: "Agni" 320mm Hyper Impulse Beam Cannon, Shoulder Armor with Multi-Barreled 120mm anti-ship Vulcan gun & a Pair of 350mm Gun Launchers.

The Master Grade version of Launcher/Sword Strike Gundam first released by Bandai on April 2008 consist of 18 plastic runner sets with basic armaments (Shield (x1), Beam Rifle (x1) and a pair of Combat Knife), Sword/Beam Boomerang effects and 1 special action base included. Because the new release of Launcher/Sword Strike expansion pack (Remastered version) in my country limited edition kit became so expensive so I bought this old version 2nd hand from my friend, he already repainted the inner frame and the backpacks with black color using gundam marker. Beside, i heard the appearance of new Launcher/Strike expansion pack is still the same with the 2008 version. However the boxart was damaged when it shipped to my place T_T
